❓What kind of coaching do you offer?

I offer 1:1 coaching for individuals navigating change — in their bodies, relationships, or life direction. My work weaves together evidence-based strategies, deep presence, and decades of lived experience. Whether we’re working on relationship clarity, mid-life shifts, or identity beyond roles, my goal is to meet you where you’re at — with practical support and real care.

❓Do you coach couples?

Yes — I work with couples who want to strengthen communication, reconnect emotionally, or gain clarity about whether to stay or part with respect. I also support individuals in relationships who need a space to think clearly on their own first.

❓What is menopause coaching?

Menopause coaching is for women moving through perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause who are feeling disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by symptoms, or just tired of trying to figure it all out alone. I offer a science-backed, personalised approach to help you feel strong, informed, and deeply supported.

❓Are you a therapist?

No — I’m a certified coach with advanced training in relationships, wellness, and hormonal health. My work is forward-focused and action-oriented. If you're working with a therapist, my support can complement that beautifully.

❓What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often looks to the past to process trauma or diagnose mental health conditions. Coaching is about the present and future — helping you build awareness, make aligned decisions, and take clear steps forward. If you're feeling stuck, foggy, or unsure what’s next, coaching can create powerful clarity.

❓What’s your background?

I’m a qualified coach with over [insert years] years of experience supporting women, couples, and families. ❓Where are sessions held?

Sessions are held via Zoom, so you can be supported from anywhere in Australia (or beyond). If you're local to [insert region if relevant], we may also be able to explore in-person options.

❓What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Life happens, and I understand — but shorter notice may incur a fee to respect both our time.
